Edit Post
On My Wishlist is a weekly meme hosted by BookChickCity and was inspired by Kristi at The Story Siren. It allows us to share the books we haven't bought yet but are waiting to be bought and devoured.
My wishlist is endless and I will try to regularly share some of the books on it. Some posts will concentrate on a certain release date or on a certain author, debut author or on new series, ongoing series or on certain (sub)genres. I will try to vary, depending on time available to do the post.
This week my "On My Wishlist" focuses on the releases in 2010 of one of my favorite authors, Lora Leigh. I discovered her with the first ebook I read, which was also the first installment of the Bound Hearts Series: SURRENDER, after that I just went on a Lora Leigh binge and bought all her series, some of which are still unread on the shelves. I am almost caught up on the Breeds series (only last two books and an anthology novella TBR), about halfway through the Bound Hearts series and I read the first anthology novella in the Tempting Seals series but her Men of August series, Nauti series and Elite Ops series still remain unread, hopefully I will be able to start them this year. Prolific Lora though manages to keep the books coming so for each read book a new one will most definitely appear, as the list below clearly indicates ;)
Title: Guilty Pleasure
Marty Matthews swore she would never allow herself to be drawn into the secret, forbidden pleasures that the women she had grown up with enjoyed. Women whose husbands or lovers were members of the exclusive “Club,” where they took a selected “third” into their beds. Now, Marty is an FBI agent and her brand new case has put the one man she can’t have in her sights.
Marty’s boss is convinced Khalid is involved in a plot to derail talks between his uncle and the President to strengthen ties between the US and the Middle East, and he wants Marty to get close enough to Khalid to prove it. However, Khalid is a member of the Club and he offers to introduce her to the kind of guilty pleasure Marty swore she would never experience. And even though danger lurks around every corner, there is no way to escape the man who threatens not only her control, but her very heart.

- 39, married to my real life romance hero, addicted to TV shows, reading romance novels and Twitter. I'm a chronic (e)book hoarder and my absolute favorite genres within romance fiction are contemporary romance and romantic suspense, but I don't shy away from historical, paranormal or erotic romance either. Even the occasional (urban) fantasy romance, futuristic and sci fi romance may make it to my Mount TBR. This is my corner of the world wide web where I let you know what books I'm hoarding, reading and reviewing.

i love the breed series! im dying for Lion's heat! =)))
The only series that I am caught up with is the Nauti series and I am highly anticipating Nauti Deceptions. Ever since Rogue got introduced in to the cast as a secundary character she got under my skin and I really need to know what she is all about. As for the Breeds, you know I have love for this series too but I still have 10 books or so to read *eek*
It looks like you're going to have a LL rich year Pearl, enjoy them all :)
I've not read any books by this author - is it hardcore erotic romance suspense or just mild? I'm a wuss when it comes to too much detail :)
@Bookchickcity > Lora Leigh is definitely not mild in her eroticism. She doesn't embellish or beat around the bush, so to speak.
Though I haven't read the Elite Ops books yet they are a spin-off of the Tempting Seals and those are some explicit and very hot books. So if your not into explicit details, I am not sure this would be your cuppa tea ;)
And what I have skimmed of the Nauti series it's pretty explicit too. But Leontine would be the one to tell you more about that as she is up-to-date with that series
I haven't read her books yet but I can hardly wait to check out a few of them!
I had no idea she had so many books out! I've read probably the first 12 (?) Breeds books, and I bought the first Nauti book (even though I cringe at the title). I'm going to have to check out some of her other stuff!
I've never read anything by her, but I've heard good things!
*screams* Jonas!!! Finally after all these years we will get Jonas's HEA. I hope it's good 'cause Cabel's story was quite dissapointing.
I read one Breed book (out of order) didn't like it so it put me off the series. I just started the second Nauti (Nauti Nights) book last night.
I haven't read anything by Lora Leigh but I've heard her Breed series is pretty steamy. ;)
